The bed was very comfortable and quiet.
While the room was clean, the initial greeting was quite impersonal and lacking warmth, which set a disappointing tone. Breakfast started late, with out-of-stock cereal options and delayed hot drinks, leaving us feeling overlooked as guests. the light above the sink in the shower room was out, which was an inconvenience during our stay.

Staying here was wonderful! We loved the outdoor tennis court and the rooms were cozy and warm. The breakfast choices were fantastic, especially the full English, cooked fresh. Plus, our dog had a great time exploring the lovely gardens.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities.
